A Memorial Day parade in 1943 coming on to Main Street from Chapman Street. In the background is St. Mary's Catholic Church. St. Mary's Church today has a Narthex on the Main Street side. This extension was completed in 1986.

Drug store belonged to Cal Brown who later moved across the street. Brown and Dana Hunter became partners sometime in the '50's and later Brown sold out to Hunter; it then became Dana's Pharmacy.
Above the drug store was Arthur Reynolds' first office. He began his practice in 1946 in P.I.. Reynolds was a hometown boy.
