Presque Isle Historical Society Invites New Members As many of you already know the PIHS is in the process of working on obtaining ownership and restoration of the former fire/police station. We realize this will be a monumental project and will need support from businesses and individual members of the community. We would like to start by increasing our membership and asking you to become either an active member or supporting member.

We feel if we can bring this project to fruition, which would consist of a museum of historical significance, including cultural and educational, and may be used for other activities, it would bring people back to the downtown area and provide a major focus in the center of town. Taxpayers will not be funding this project in anyway. We will be looking for donations from many sources; including individuals, businesses, grants and fundraisers. If you are not currently a member, please consider becoming a new member of the society. For current members, it is membership renewal time. In either case, please fill in the printable form.
