The PIHS has obtained ownership and is restoring the former fire/police station. This is will be a monumental project and we will need support from businesses and individual members of the community. We would like to start by increasing our membership and asking you to become either an active member or supporting member.

We feel if we can bring this project to fruition, which would consist of a museum of historical significance, including cultural and educational, and may be used for other activities, it would bring people back to the downtown area and provide a major focus in the center of town. Taxpayers will not be funding this project in anyway. We will be looking for donations from many sources; including individuals, businesses, grants and fundraisers.
